How It Works

1) I will make a post stating when I will be taking commissions. I will then make another post on that day and time and the first people that post in that thread will get the slots.

2) If you get a slot email me and make arrangements to send head and fill out face up form.

6) I receive head and paint it then take pics for you.

7) Once approved to your liking I will Invoice you via pay pal. Once I receive payment, I will mail out your head. For international orders, I will only be able to ship on Saturdays.

~Turnaround Time will be one 2 weeks from the time you send me your head, (usually quicker but I am giving myself some leeway) I would also prefer to receive the head at the beginning of the month to keep true to my schedule.I'm sorry to have to do it this way but I cannot think of another and I don't ever do waiting lists. For now I am only doing face ups as I cannot commit to anything bigger at this time.Please follow the status updates via my Twitter I post the progression of your status of your commission there.

Basic Face Up: {YO, MSD, SD and Larger}.........$150.00

What this includes:

Airbrushed Face Up to your liking.

Sealed with Mr. Super Clear Flat

Lips sealed with Tamiya Gloss or Liquidtex gloss

Basic Eyelashes Provided and Applied (unless you have your own lashes I will apply them)

Final Portraits of your doll when it is finished.

~I will only be doing face ups ONLY, no body blushing, no modding or tattooing, I only do this on custom dolls. You will be able to choose your color scheme and style.

~I only will work on un-modded heads (sanding may be ok if the job is done really well)

~If you want a very specific look (such as how many eyelash strokes there should be or symmetrical brows) or a very specific character in mind, then I am not the face up artist for you. Sorry, my work is not perfectly symmetrical nor would I want it to be. Also I will not copy a face up done by another artist, nor will I copy a previous face up done by myself. If there is a previous face up done by me you really like, we can talk.

~I do not have a "waiting list", I want to be inspired when I paint your doll, so I take on commissions randomly.

~Heads should arrive clean. If you prefer me to clean the head for you, there will be an additional charge of up to $15.00 depending on how much work is involved.

~I do not do partial face ups ie: brows only.

~If after the face up has been completed, you want more than one thing changed or added, an additional fee will be charged. The fee will be determined by how much work is required.

~Payment is not required until after I have completed your doll's face up and you approve it, then I will invoice you via paypal.

Materials Used:

Airbrush, Art Comm Airbrush paints, Golden, and Liquitex acrylic paints, various pastels but mostly Unison Pastels, Liquitex gloss medium or Tamiya gloss and Mr. Super Clear Flat.

There are some heads I am not really too interested in painting and please do not take this personally.

About payment, I use paypal only, no money orders (I NEVER go to my Bank) and no e-checks please. I will invoice you after I finish your doll and take pics and you like it.

My decisions are not to hurt or offend anyone, I just want to enjoy what I do and I also want to customer to enjoy what they get :)

NOTES:

About Mailing: Please let me know if you DO NOT want insurance as I will have you send me an email stating that you take full responsibility if they get lost or damaged as I will not. Also please make sure when you send the head that they are in a nice firm box that is not damaged as I will not take responsibility for that either.
